Job Description

1. Technical training to Technicians
2. On the job training to stores Technicians and stores in-charge on filling job card, allotting work, completion report, MIS
3. Conducting Service camps
4. Generating technical reports
5. Analysing the technical reports
6. Meeting Spare part targets
7. Daily monitoring of Service stores
8. Generating MIS
9. Handling Company Engineers and monitoring their day to day activities

Position requires travelling of at least 12 to 15 days in a month.

Position Reports to Head of After -Sales Service Operations / Director
