Urgent Hiring For Rice Industry Designation: Senior Manager Quality Education: Graduate B.SC Biology/B.SC Agriculture/Food Technology Salary: 60000K To 80000K Experience: 10-12 years in Rice/Paddy industries Job Roll: On Roll Location: Mandideep ROLEANDRESPONSIBILITIES Ensure FSSAI guidelines, BRC, NPPO, FSSC2200, PPQS, and EIC are adhered to and all documentation work is updated. Responsible for quality check of the in-process material in line and report to the concerned if there is any problem. Responsible for implementing food safety management system (FSSC-22000. ISO 22000), conducting internal & vendor audits, steering product development, IPQC, PPQ, and NPPO as per norms. Ensure Quality testing and following QC/QA at various steps as per norms in the industry Responsible for product Fumigation as per norms. .Ensure complete inspection and testing as per the sampling plan on a regular basis. Maintaining and updating all national and international. Paddy/Rice grain analysis standards. EnsureproperfunctioningandmonitoringofCCPs(MetalDetectorandDryer)andOPRPs(PreCleaner,Magne t and Sortex) Responsible for proper packing ofFgi.e.check for weighing, sealing, stitching, and printing matter(BatchNo., Packing date and Expiry date) Ensure Lab Helpers/Assistant testing samples from paddy/Rice Trucks proactively. Establish SOPs & train plant employees for handling, storing, and preserving samples. Verify& provide reports of quality control (QC) records, test results, and reports for regulatory authorities to management on a regular basis . Oversee and conduct ongoing training for plant personnel on Quality Systems. To ensure the availability of different types of samples for conducting R&D. Preferred Skills Good decision making capability & Team Handling Skills. Excellent varietal knowledge on (Broken rice, Head Rice and Paddy). Excellent sampling and testing skills.
