Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition:

   • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential business opportunities.
2. Sales and Marketing:
   • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
   • Create compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our services and value proposition.
3. Networking:
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and decision-makers in client organizations.
   • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand our professional network.
4. Recruitment Solutions:
   • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
   • Provide clients with insights into market trends and salary benchmarks.
5. Target Achievement:
   • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
   • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Communication Skills:
   • Effectively communicate with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
   • Prepare regular reports and updates for management.
7. Market Analysis:
   • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
   • Provide feedback to the management team for continuous improvement.
8. CRM (Customer Relationship Management):
   • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track client interactions.
   • Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
