HR EXECUTIVE TALENT ACQUISITION

Experience: 0-5 Years

Location: Mira Road

JOB ROLE:

• Coordinate with hiring manager to identify staffing needs.
• Determine selection criteria.
• Sourcing candidates on various social media channels and online platforms (shines, LinkedIn, monster Times Jobs etc.)
• Communicate with clients to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals.
• Research into clients company.
• Research into competitors and market place.
• Define job description and documents specification.
• Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
• Create a candidate persona for each open position.
• Conduct interviews.
• Build long term client relationships.
• Fresher will be provided proper training and hand holding.

2)    Back office / Office Coordinator

Role & Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the office calendar, coordinating and optimizing office administration procedures.
• Perform basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.
• Oversees office communications and supports essential operations.
• To maintain MIS and aware about Microsoft Excel.
• Plants For office, Clients Consolidated Report for all the mailed CVs.
• Postings promotions and Daily activity Checklist Form.
• Liasioning with Vendors

3)    HR Operations

Role & Responsibilities :

• Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
• supports the entire employee lifecycle and assists your team in their day-to-day tasks.
• Advertising, interviewing, and making job offers to candidates.
• including payroll management and administration, recruitment, talent acquisition etc.
• MIS Reports
• Team Productivity Analysis
