Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Salesforce Business Analyst at devopsistech located in Bengaluru, with flexibility for remote work. The Salesforce Business Analyst will work closely with the business and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, design and implement solutions, and provide ongoing support. The Salesforce Business Analyst will also be responsible for testing, training, and communicating changes to stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role Strong knowledge of Salesforce functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Communities Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools, such as JIRA and Confluence Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, design. implementation, testing, and support of Salesforce solutions Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across functional areas, levels, and cultures Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Salesforce certification(s), such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, and/or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, is a plus Experience with other CRM platforms, such as Microsoft Dynamics and Oracle CRM, is a plus We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
