As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making. 5+ years working as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ERP, CRM, and B2B applications. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications. Proficiency in documenting technical requirements, use cases, process flows, and system diagrams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
