Job Title: Business Analyst Experience: 2+yr Location: Pune Budget: 42-45 LPA Education: Bachelor's degree holder, preferably IT based Primary skills: Business Analyst, Product development, Advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Visio) and other BPM Software skills. Requirements:- At least 2 years" experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the product development, sourcing or retail industry Bachelor's degree holder, preferably IT- based Advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Visio) and other BPM Software skills A firm understanding of software development methodologies Good organization, interpersonal skills and communication skills Self-motivated, analytical-mind and excellent problem-solving skills Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a - Collaborate with business users to identify process improvement opportunities using technology Translate business requirements into functional specifications, guiding the implementation of. systems Assist in designing and implementing streamlined processes Prepare project documentation (business blueprint document, business requirements document, schedule, etc.), and trainings materials.
