Job Description

Required Qualifications / Skills Graduate from any discipline, preferably Commerce Experience - 4-6 years, preferably in Pharma, FMCG or retail - handling CS, Sales services or co-ordination. Knowledge of import / export. Knowledge of Order execution process. Commercial knowledge preferred SAP SD Module and APO working knowledge, MS Office: Word, PPT. KRAs Primary Duties and Responsibilities Order Management. Accounts receivables. Improve and sustain customer service levels Logistics and transportation. Customer Service Sending quotes / proforma invoices to customers Checking all details of orders received sending them to France. 100% reactivity to customers. Follow up for lead times, conveying the same to the customers. Follow up with production plants for shipment documents. Follow up with customers for payment. Sending customers their order status and closing their queries / complaints. Preparing monthly MIS as per prescribed format. . Coordination with Sales Team for product related information, Customer query etc. Ensure correctness of proforma invoice / Quotation/customer order confirmation Correct orders processed in time & No problems with shipments Responsible for shipping documents for timely clearance of shipments and Payments. Correct & Timely communication of information to planning, France CS, Customers internal & external. Creation & maintenance of SAP masters
