• Qualification Full Time Graduate/PG
• Salary 6.5 to 9.80 LPA
• Industry Only From General Insurance, Health Insurance.

Roles: 

• Responsible for managing a team of unit sales managers assigned, who in turn will be managing the agents/brokers
• Implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objective for the channel.
• Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped and intermediaries acquired by the USM
• To actively solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with the team and health agents.
• Interdepartmental coordination with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.
