: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Logistics Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the non-delivery return (NDR) process and managing logistics and return to origin (RTO) operations efficiently. Your primary focus will be on ensuring smooth processes and timely communication with customers regarding their orders and returns. Responsibilities: Manage the NDR process effectively, including identifying non-delivered shipments, coordinating with courier partners, and ensuring timely return to the origin. Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to NDR and RTO processes promptly and professionally via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels. Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, operations, and customer service, to resolve NDR and RTO issues. efficiently. Maintain accurate records of NDR and RTO activities, including tracking and reporting on key performance metrics. Monitor and analyze NDR trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to minimize NDR occurrences. Work closely with logistics partners to optimize delivery routes and minimize NDR instances. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to NDR and RTO operations. Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their orders, returns, and refunds. Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience by addressing feedback and implementing process improvements. Requirements: HSC Or Graduate in any stream. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience working with logistics management software is desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
