Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to maintain consistent branding across all platforms. Stay updated on the latest social media best practices and algorithm changes to optimize content reach. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns using relevant metrics. Qualifications: 3-4 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Proficiency in creating engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance and derive actionable insights. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and adapt to changing trends. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
