Company Description We have been retained by reputed MNC for recruitment of "Network & EUS Lead", based out of their Head office at Mumbai. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai. The position will be responsible for overseeing End User Services support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, conference rooms, and AV systems of the organization, as well as managing and maintaining the organization's local and wide-area networks. The role will also be accountable for implementing the necessary security measures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure from cyber threats and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Engineering Preferred CCNA, CCNP, Cisco Meraki, Windows Administration certifications Relevant experience of 7 to 8 years in area of IT operation in IT/Telecom/Passive Infrastructure or IT service industry Should have sound knowledge of Cloud IT infrastructure. LAN, WAN & SDWAN technologies. Experience in managing the servers, Desktop, Laptop & other end users IT infrastructure. "Prior working experience on Cisco SDVAN and Microsoft Office365 Manage and resolves all end user issues related to IT assets such as laptop, internet, connectivity, VPN and IT Infrastructure etc. for all locations. Handles all technical escalations and troubleshooting to support end users in a timely manner. Proactively identify and communicate the end user related performance issues with the help of tools and work for fixing them. Designs and implements SDWAN solution for data center, head office, regional office and circle office, thereby ensuring seamless and secured network connectivity from anywhere. Responsible for maintaining the highest uptime for LAN/ WAN, Wi-fi, internet connectivity always. Manages Microsoft windows, MS Teams, MS Outlook, multi facet authentication, endpoint back-up and encryption tool etc. Provides training & support to end users on MS 365 features and its corresponding functionalities. Responsible for managing IT operation of Private Cloud DC as first line defense. Ensures regular back-up is taken for critical business data. Responsible for providing service support to all assets
