We are seeking for candidates in IT Network Support with exposure in BFSI industry. Role and Responsibilities: Assist with new systems integrations and installing support on desktop, peripheral network and server and storage. Communication with internal and external stakeholders, 3rd party vendors and API providers. Complete knowledge NSE & BSE of installation and updating software. Maintaining TAP server, CTCL server, NSDL server, lease line server and back-office server. SQL database backup and restore. Provide support to software, hardware, Network and Server. Supervise activities between internal and external resources and facilitate smooth workflow for service deliver. Managing NSDL server disk space and critical logs. Maintaining and. troubleshooting LAN, WAN and Firewall network. Basic Requirements: Experience - 2+ Years CCNA certified : Mandatory Preferred knowledge of broking industry or BFSI, especially back-office operations. Team player with expertise in managing team and having open mindset for working with other stakeholders. Must have skills- SQL, Linux, ASP.NET, C languages, RMS support, JIRA, UNIX, Solaris/Windows Systems. Knowledge of database Design and Development (Microsoft SQL Server). Passion for technology and knowledge.
