Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in the Bengaluru for an Assistant Manager/Manager - Credit Card (DSA Channel). The Credit Card Manager is responsible for credit control, management, and debt collection related to credit cards. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and monitoring Credit Card Sales Operations, managing. customer queries, ensuring compliance with RBI and internal policies, product knowledge, training, and management of the DSA team. Qualifications Credit Control, Credit Management, and Debt Collection skills Analytical skills to monitor credit card sales operations and customer data for trends and issues Understanding of finance and experience in the banking industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with DSAs, customers, and internal stakeholders Ability to train, manage and motivate a team Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Experience in the credit card industry is preferred
