Role & Responsibilities

• Draft, review & negotiate contracts and handle the M & A transactions as per the requirement.
• Conduct various research work to upkeep with the revised laws / latest trends in the pharma industry.
• Handle the IPR related work and patents as per the requirement.
• Review/ handle the DPCO regulations from time to time.
• Coordinate with the internal team / Consultant Partners to handle / assist in the litigation cases.
• Handle the legal compliance and site audits as per the business requirement.
• Take care of the risk management issues as and when required.
• Handle work related to Competition & Environment Laws.
