Job Description

Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a related field. 1 2 Years experience Manufacturing or lean manufacturing systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a growth mindset and a willingness to take on new challenge. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Prior internship or project experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is advantageous but not required. Participate in Lean projects and initiatives. Assist in the design, development, and delivery of learning and development programs, including technical training, leadership development, and soft skills training. Participate in Kaizen events, workshops, and improvement projects aimed at enhancing processes, reducing waste, and improving. overall efficiency. Drive quality plan in Quality Circle meetings and Kaizen events aimed at addressing quality issues, reducing defects, and improving overall product quality
