: We are seeking a talented and dedicated Service Engineer to join our team at [Insert Company Name]. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our range of capital equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Install, commission, and troubleshoot our capital equipment at customer sites. Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration activities to ensure equipment reliability and performance. Diagnose and repair equipment faults. promptly, utilizing technical knowledge and diagnostic tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and customer support to address customer needs effectively. Provide technical training to customers and field service technicians as needed. Document service activities, including maintenance records, service reports, and customer communication. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Freshers / Proven experience in servicing capital equipment, Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Proficiency in reading electrical and mechanical schematics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
