Company Website: www.millennium.in Job Title Business Development/CRM Experience required 3+ years Qualification: B.tech / B.E Mechanical + MBA (preferred) Location Gandhinagar, Gujarat Roles & Responsibilities: Build relationships with key employees among customers situated PAN-India. Create plans to address clients business needs. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners or internal team. Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied. Collaborate with internal team (Airport Service Team, Sales Team) to address customers needs. Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products. Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them. Market intelligence and competition analysis Client rapport and relationship building Discovers & explores new business opportunities within the existing customer base. Skills & Requirement: . Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets Background in customer service; aviation industry knowledge is a plus. Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of ERP platforms A customer-oriented attitude Excellent communication and negotiation skills Problem-solving aptitude Ability to work well with a team.
