Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of identity governance and administration solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform. As a SailPoint Architect, you will play a crucial role in working with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design technical solutions, and oversee the implementation of SailPoint IIQ to meet the organization's identity and access management needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of identity governance and administration solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical designs.
3. Define and document SailPoint IIQ architecture, including solution architecture, system integration, data flows, and deployment architecture.
4. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams in implementing SailPoint IIQ solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
5. Configure and customize SailPoint IIQ components to meet specific business requirements, including Identity Cubes, Application Onboarding, Access Requests, Workflows, and Policy Enforcement.
6. Integrate SailPoint IIQ with various identity sources, such as Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and applications using connectors and integration modules.
7. Develop custom connectors and integration solutions to extend SailPoint IIQ capabilities and support integration with custom applications.
8. Define and implement role-based access control (RBAC), entitlements management, and access certification processes within SailPoint IIQ.
9. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during SailPoint IIQ implementation and integration phases.
10. Provide technical guidance, support, and training to team members and end-users on SailPoint IIQ functionality and best practices.
11. Stay current with SailPoint IIQ updates, features, and best practices, and recommend enhancements or improvements to existing implementations.
