Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to lead and oversee all phases of architectural work, from planning and design to construction management. The ideal candidate will contribute to the creation of sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs while ensuring projects align with client needs and expectations. Your ability to articulate and convey design ideas, collaborate with stakeholders, and oversee project execution will be key to success in this role. Core Responsibilities: Concept Development: Produce concept boards for feedback and approval, capturing the intended look and attitude of projects. Select in-budget materials and finishes that align with design concepts. Design Execution: Consistently incorporate scale and balance for maximum impact in space design. Prepare production documents across various project phases (Concept Development to Construction). Project Management: Assist in documenting and mitigating. delays, preparing for project team meetings, and communicating with stakeholders. Supervise junior designers and interns, ensuring project goals are met. Technical Expertise: Understand construction methods, structural systems, plumbing, electrical, dire safety, HVAC systems, etc. Coordinate architecture drawings with other disciplines to ensure compliance. Onsite Oversight: Manage onsite installations, identifying and rectifying issues to maintain design intent. Professional Profile & Skill Set: Relevant experience in the Architecture/ Construction Industry. A Master and/ or Bachelors degree in architecture Strong portfolio showcasing creative design concepts. Advanced proficiency in CAD and MS Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts logically. Well-developed creative visualization skills to convey ideas effectively. Ability to supervise junior designers and interns. Adept at identifying and resolving issues during project execution. Personality Traits: Ability to work effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders. Meticulous attention to detail in design and project management. Takes initiative in problem-solving and project oversight. Can adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
