Job Description
The ATM(Area Training Manager) would be based out of the HUB Offices alongside the Sales && Marketing Personnel. Partner Bank
Branches / Training Centre ( Internal /External ) would be venue to carry out activities including CHL HUB
The job role would demand positively impacting the performance of adopted branches across a
defined region
They would work with all the CHL stakeholders e.g. Zonal Sales Manager, Regional Sales Managers,
Insurance Sales Managers etc. to positively impact performance across partner banks with joint ownership
of business results.
They carry out their accountabilities based on the Field Requirements. For any Guidance/ Approvals they
would have direct access to their Reporting Supervisors i.e ZTMs
