Our mission is to exceed the expectations of our guests and provide them with memorable experiences. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Pune for a Duty Manager. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing hotel operations and ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay. The Duty Manager will manage and train front office staff, handle guest complaints and feedback, maintain hotel standards, and ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols. The Duty Manager will report to the General Manager. Qualifications Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Proven experience in a. similar role in the hospitality industry Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures Ability to handle guest complaints and feedback effectively Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field Certification in Hotel Management is a plus
