Company Description Triguna Clarks Inn. Kurnool (Andhra Pradesh) Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Kurnool for a General Manager at The Clarks Hotels and Resorts. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the hotel, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing policies and procedures. The General Manager will develop strategies to increase revenue, manage budget and expenses, and maintain the highest level of customer service. Qualifications Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and management skills Demonstrated ability to develop business strategies and implement policies and procedures Knowledge of budgeting, financial accounting, and revenue management Bachelor's degree or higher in Hotel Management or a related field Ability to work under pressure and handle. multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience with hotel operations software and systems Strong customer service orientation
