Job Roles and responsibilities

• Implement company's strategy.
• Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market
• Achieve sales target of the team: Volume, product, & group-wise
• Provides timely feedback to line manager regarding performance.
• Maintenance of product inventory with the channel partners
• Receivable & Statutory document collection from C&Fs and others within stipulated time
• Maintenance of healthy, clean business relationship with channel partners
• Competitor information to be gathered and passed to HO.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Goals/KRA to be assigned:

• Customer list & Distributor list updates and maintenance
• Customer coverage and frequency
• Implementation of Sales and Marketing Campaigns Primary &Secondary target achievement: as per above
• Payment from C&F's to Company.

Requirements

• Good communication in English &Local Language
• Must be graduate (B.Sc /B.Pharma)
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Up to 15km to 20Km travelling from Home to Work Area

Location: - Pune, Nashik, Nanded, Nagpur, Vashi, Valsad, Hyderabad, Ghaziabad, Khargone

Pharma industry experience is needed. The segment should be Dermatology.

Candidates should be currently working in the Derma segment.

Minimum Experience: - 6 Months
