With a strong client base, we serve major pharmaceutical and cosmetic companies including Cipla Ltd, Bayer Pharmaceuticals Ltd, FDC Ltd, Kaya Ltd, Emami Ltd, Marico, Hindustan Unilever Limited, and Albatross Pharmaceuticals. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice Chief Executive Officer at Khushboo Beauty Care located in Thane. The Vice Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for overseeing finance, operations management, business planning, and sales. Additionally, they will. contribute to strategic planning initiatives. Qualifications Finance and Business Planning skills Operations Management and Sales experience Strategic Planning expertise Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience in the cosmetic/pharmaceutical industry is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus
