We are hiring!! As part of our expansion process we are looking at adding following vacancies at Nagpur office. Please note all posts are work from office. Sr Talent Acquisition Executives ( 4 Posts) , AM Talent Acquisition , Customer Support and MIS (2 Posts) , Technical Recruiter 1, Client Acquisition Executive 1 , Client Acquisition Manager 1. All positions require excellent english communication skills, computer skills of excel,word are mandatory,bent of mind to be a HR professional which means people first. If you want to be a part of Headstart brand which has been a Recruitment Specialist for last 25years with over 4500 clients and 1 lakh plus recruitments done and moving towards exemplary growth then do call the undersigned for an interview.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Sr TAE / AM Talent Acquisition

This role has been crafted specifically for those talent acquisition resources at Headstart who have the capability to influence,negotiate,develop and build client and candidate relationships to the next level.

This position is an extremely confidential position at Headstart and the person discharging this responsibility has to show high level of integrity,honesty and trust.

The training for the role will be provided and for 3 months you will under observation as it is a very sensitive role for Headstart Brand and loyalty is a key factor besides excellent communication skills and service delivery skills.

Please note once you are approved with flying colours then you will be entitled to employee benefits and growth that suits this position.

Following responsibilities

Sending Introduction Letters/ Service Contracts / Proposals/ Emails

Lead Generation from Clients and Candidates

Customer Satisfaction / Customer Feedback/ Service delivery / Turn around time

MIS

Billing.Recovery,Collection,Solving issues / Disputes

Promotional Activities on Social media / Online / offline

Training Coordination/ Facilitating Induction Training for new joinees in future

walk in / spot job offers
