The HR Officer End to End Recruitment & Bulk Hiring will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to final onboarding. The role primarily focuses on bulk hiring and volume recruitment for various departments across the organization, ensuring that the hiring process is effective, timely, and aligned with the company strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities:End to End Recruitment:
- Lead the recruitment process for various positions across multiple departments.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for both bulk and specialized hiring.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define job specifications and requirements for open positions.
- Manage candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Bulk Hiring & High-Volume Recruitment:
- Manage high-volume recruitment for various roles, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract a large number of candidates.
- Organize and manage campus drives, walk-in interviews, and other bulk hiring initiatives.
- Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and campus recruitment teams to enhance recruitment efforts.
Onboarding & Documentation:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documents are collected and verified.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure the smooth integration of new employees into the company culture.
- Provide support in setting up new hires with necessary tools and systems.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting:
- Work closely with departmental managers to understand hiring needs and provide solutions.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on recruitment progress, metrics, and key challenges.
- Identify areas of improvement in the recruitment process and implement necessary changes.
Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement:
- Promote SBI Securities as an employer of choice by maintaining a positive company image in the job market.
- Engage with potential candidates through social media, job portals, and career events.
- Maintain strong relationships with past candidates for future hiring needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 0-4 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on bulk hiring and end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment platforms, social media, and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Experience in managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools (ATS, HRIS).
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
