Qualifications and Experience Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably as a Vice President, CFO or Director Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance Excellent leadership and team management skills Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the financial strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives Provide financial guidance and insights to the executive team Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions Monitor key financial metrics and report on variances Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations Manage the quarter end and year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors Optimize cash flow through effective treasury management Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations Identify and assess financial risks Build and lead a high-performing. finance and accounts team Communicate financial results and insights to the executive team and board of directors Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall organizational goals
