Job description -

  1. To create a team of Partner Franchises with a minimum business commitment of 30L. 
  2. Develop incremental distribution for the company by recruiting non- financial entities as a new channel partners.
  3. Constantly identify opportunities and drive penetration of the Partner channel in new segments and markets
  4. Equip and Engage Partners and their teams to continuously source advisors / customers
  5. Recruit and develop a high performing team with strong business development skills. A team which is not constrained by existing business and channel practices
  6. Drive and build a sustainable and cost-effective distribution model
  7. Ensure strategies include effective product mix, tapping of potential customers, contests, and delivery of investment advisory to customers.
