Job Description The role of a Marketing Manager is to assist the organisations sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition and also assist the all the marketing activities. Responsibilities Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives Researching prospective accounts in target markets Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients Attending conferences and industry events Preparing the promotional budget and execution of the same Leads Generation from various job portals, social media portals, referral campaigns, database companies Organizing career awareness webinars / workshops in colleges, institutions Identifying forthcoming job fairs and coordination for participation Branding activities such as auto branding , bus branding, Coordinate with various agencies to get quote for. promotional activities Coordinate with digital marketing department for the design of marketing materials Arrange for ground level activities such as notice distribution/kiosks in populated areas, events, Residential Associations Liaison with employment exchanges, placement agencies, database companies Contact youtubers for Influencer Marketing Conduct Market Intelligence and competitor analysis Organize referral drive in campus Creation of a marketing calendar for self and team Creation of Travel plan for self and team Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals Training the marketing staff Reports Preparing own Marketing reports Summarizing the reports of BDEs and BD Interns Job Type: Full-time Salary: 30,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): What is your Salary Expectation Do you have any Notice Period What is your age Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Marketing Manager: 4 years (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Malayalam (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 hidden_mobile
