Sr. Engineer or Asst.Manager (Automation) @ VM Placement Solutions

Job Description

Proactively develop,maintain, and grow the sales pipeline by establishing and expanding customer bases in the region to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Develop deep understanding of the automation market in central India region, with a strong focus on Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.

Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to the management team.

Developing relationship with end users ( Automotive, Energy, Building & Lighting, Marine and Manufacturing) & also find and develop new OEM.

Manage, develop, and support system integration partners.

Act as solution provider by understanding the customers needs to propose the solutions and value proposition based on Wagoproducts

Responsible for identifying & developing sales opportunities & coordinating within team for conversion.

Maintain relationship with existing customers and promote up-sell and cross-sell.

Creating brand pull & preference in market in collaboration with marketing team.

Travel extensively within the assigned & other regions, covering up to 70% of the time, to engage with clients and prospects

Strong Exposure and Industry experience in Automobile, Machine Building, Process, Energy, EPCs, Building & Lighting etc.
