Join us as. a Lead OD & Inclusion & Diversity - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager We Elevate. Your Responsibilities Primary Deliverables will be: Draw upon Internal and External D&I data and insights to create, manage, and implement regional D&I programs aligned with the Corporate D&I strategy Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & other People Organisation and business functions to ensure D&I framework is embedded into key programs and processes Create, Track and apply D&I metrics Manage the D&I roadmap of internal and external diversity events for India, including recruiting events, internal workshops, community outreach, branding events, etc. Conduct Engagement & Pulse Surveys across as per schedules and enable comprehension, absorption and action planning of results Work on Change Management assignments HR and business leaders Be a skilled facilitator and trusted advisor to navigate conversations with a senior audience We Elevate.
