Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager - Enterprise Sales & Farming position. The role involves day-to-day tasks of identifying and driving strategic sales opportunities, managing relationships with key accounts, developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales managers, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications . Sales and Business Development skills, including enterprise sales and key account management Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Leadership skills and experience managing a team of sales managers Experience in the fintech or payments industry is a plus Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field. B.Tech+MBA preferred
