Job Description: KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Will be responsible for complete maintenance of Electrical, Plumbing including STP, Fire Detection & Fighting and HVAC systems Ducting / Insulation. In charge of Maintenance (PPM) of complete MEP Services. KEY SKILLS: Should have good knowledge on the functioning / working of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, STP Systems for the Mall Operation and maintenance of HVAC system, to perform preventive maintenance of AHU & filter cleaning, Operation of BMS system, operation & maintenance of Water-cooled Chiller. Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative, maintenance and life-cycle requirements, conduct and document regular facilities inspections, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, allocate and manage facility. Plan daily engineering staff briefing with Chief Engineer and assist in distributing daily work assignments Schedule & document planned and unplanned maintenance programs. for complete MEP Services. Supervise and provide constructive feedback to all team members to ensure safe work practices, efficient operation, proper preventative maintenance and repair to equipment Prepare consumption reports on power, water Monitor & execute maintenance & repairs performed by contractors for MEP Services
