Demonstrated ability to work effectively either as an individual or member of a team and relate effectively with staff on all levels. Problem solving skills. Give timely and real time feedback with a view towards improving Operational and individual efficiency. Knowledge of operational processes, logical thinking, reporting and analysis. Provide feedback, training sessions and other team development exercises. Desired Candidate Profile: Candidate must be comfortable working in night shifts and working from office. Looking for a candidate from an international background only. Must possess strong communication, interpersonal, Sales experience and influencing skills. Must be analytical and. detail oriented.
