Position - HR Business Partner (HRBP) / Cluster HR

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage payroll and attendance processes

2. Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance and best practices

3. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees and management

4. Address employee grievances and provide timely resolutions
