Job Description

  • Role: HR Business Partner (HRBP)
  • Department: Talent Engagement
  • Location: Airoli-Mumbai
  • Employment Type: Contractual (1 Year)
  • Shift Timing: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
  • Diversity- Male candidates highly preferred
  • CTC - Decent - Standard 30-35% Hike on Current gross CTC
  • Budget- 20-25k Gross per month (Inclusive 10% TDS)

Role & responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HRBPs and provide support on employee related matters.
  • Assist in coordinating performance reviews and ensuring timely completion
  • Support HRBPs in addressing employee queries and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Assist HRBPs in implementing and customizing HR policies to align with specific business unit.
  • Assist in administering employee engagement survey, analyzing results.
  • Ensure that all trackers like grievance, PIP, etc., are updated on a real time basis
  • Participate in HRBP led projects, retention strategies etc.


Technical and Functional Skills:

  • 1+ year of experience into HR operations/ HRBP role.
  • Good knowledge of excel and experience into preparing various trackers.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions.
  • People oriented and results driven.

Please note that this role will be contract for 1 year, depending upon your performance the contract period will be extended.
