Job Description
- Designation: Analyst/Senior Analyst(HR Separation)
- Shift timing:12pm 9 pm
- Location: Airoli Navi Mumbai
- Working mode: WFO - Monday to Friday
- Preference : Male candidates

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage separation workflows including exit formalities, documentation, and system updates.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for clearance, final settlement, and exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
- Provide support for HR operational tasks such as data management, reporting, and query resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth process execution and employee experience.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization preferred).
- 02 years of experience in HR operations or related roles.
