Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing:
    Source and identify potential candidates for automotive roles through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking within the automotive industry.
  • Candidate Screening & Interviews:
    Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess the qualifications, skills, and experience of candidates to ensure a strong match with the job requirements.
  • Client Liaison:
    Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand the specific requirements for automotive positions, provide regular updates on the recruitment process, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Job Posting & Advertisement:
    Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms and job boards to attract qualified candidates in the automotive sector.
  • Candidate Placement:
    Ensure that selected candidates are successfully placed, and support candidates through the offer process and onboarding stages.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Stay up to date on trends and developments in the automotive industry to better understand hiring needs and talent availability.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    Maintain accurate candidate records, conduct weekly/monthly recruitment reports, and provide insights into recruitment metrics.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the automotive industry, with knowledge of non-IT roles such as engineering, production, and quality control.
  • Communication Skills:
    Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Sourcing Expertise:
    Skilled in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Familiarity with the automotive industry's needs, including engineering, R&D, production, and quality assurance.
  • Organizational Skills:
    Ability to handle multiple vacancies, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines efficiently.
  • Education:
    A degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
