Job Description

Having excellent communication skill is must. candidate should be having experience in Call center in voice process. 

International BPO experience will be added advantage and if you are good in US accent then it will be added advantage. 

He/she can solve the query of clients via call, email or chat process. 

Should have excellent interpersonal skills and convincing  skill and able to handled clients troubleshooting calls.

Qualification : Minimum graduation in any stream.
