Job Role

• Handle international customer service calls (Canada-based clients)
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Deliver high-quality customer experience

 

Eligibility Criteria

• HSC pass / Graduate
• Experience:
• 1218 months international voice experience
• Above 18 months experience preferred
• Freshers can also apply

 

Salary Details

• 1218 months experience: 4.2 LPA (~28,654/month)
• Above 18 months experience: 5 LPA (~34,150/month)
• Freshers: Up to 20,000/month
• Joining Bonus: 50,000

 

Shift Details

• Canadian Shifts (Evening/Night)
• Between 6 PM 11 AM (Any 9 hours shift)

 

Work Schedule

• 5 Days Working
• 2 Rotational Offs

 

Transport

• Only one-side cab facility provided (Pickup or Drop)

 

Interview Process
