Industry - Consumer Electronics preferred Experience - 10+ years in the preferred industry Role The Key Account Manager Modern Trade will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key modern trade accounts PAN India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer electronics sales, experience working in a fast paced environment, and a proven track record of launching and growing new products in the market. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts PAN India. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in the modern trade channel. Annual contracts & TOT agreement negotiations along with margins, ATL & BTL calendars, fixtures etc. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales. targets and increase market share. Aligning the Festive Calendar with account-wise, region-wise and Month-wise focus integrating the same with marketing teams. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional activities and in-store visibility for our products. Planning and forecasting for SKUs Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on sales performance and market insights. Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to clients. Assist in the development and launch of new products by providing market insights and feedback
