hidden_mobile Job Summary: We seek an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving exceptional results in the white goods electronics industry. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in channel sales, a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and excellent negotiation and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets for the assigned area through effective leadership and sales strategies. Channel Sales. Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and retailers to drive product sales. Fieldwork: Regularly visit dealers and retailers in the area to understand market conditions, provide support, and gather market intelligence. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges in the region. Training and Development: Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the senior management. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Budget Management: Efficiently manage the sales budget, including expenses, promotional activities, and resources allocation. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in white goods electronics sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Channel Sales Expertise: Must have extensive experience in channel sales, including managing distributors, dealers, and retailers. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team, drive results, and foster a positive team environment. Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities to secure favorable deals and agreements. Fieldwork: Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork within the assigned area. Go-Getter Attitude: Demonstrated motivation, ambition, and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
