Job Description

Urgent job opening for Export and Purchase Executive at Thane.

Required Female person.

Job Experience: Having at least 2/3 years experience as under.

EXPORT DEPARTMENT

1) Knowledge of Pre-shipment documents

2) Knowledge of Post shipment documents

3) Knowledge of preparing certificate of Origin, GSP Form A

Form AI, SAFTA Certificate etc.

4) Follow up with CHA and Bank

5) Preparing Proforma Invoice, Sales Contract and co-ordinate with Marketing Team

6) Preparing export register

7) Taking Vessel Planning, Destination Charges, Freight charges from CHA

8) Taking complete record of day to day shipment details

PURCHASE DEPARTMENT

1) Sourcing of raw materials, R & D Purchase, Impurity Purchase etc

2) Co-ordinate with R & D team at factory

3) Preparing Purchawe Orders and send to suppliers

4) Follow up with suppliers for Invoice, DO, COA

5) Sending VQ Documents and co-ordinate with QA Department
