Job Title: Sr. Bench Sales Recruiter
Experience Required: 9 to 15+ Years
Job Location: SLN Terminus, Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Work Timings: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST (US EST Shift)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Qualification: Any Graduate
Industry: IT Services & Consulting

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage direct relationships with Tier 1 (American) vendors to place bench consultants.
  
• Market senior IT consultants to direct clients and implementation partners.
  
• Negotiate rates and contracts with vendors and clients.
  
• Perform regular cold calls, email campaigns, and follow-ups to close positions.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess bench strength and pipeline.
  
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and vendors.
  
• Achieve monthly placement targets and ensure high client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 915 years of experience in Bench Sales (US IT Staffing).
  
• Direct contacts with Tier 1 vendors is a must.
  
• Proven experience in marketing senior-level consultants across various technologies.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong negotiation skills.
  
• Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes, visa classifications, and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
  
• Goal-oriented and target-driven.
