The Telecom Operations team is involved in developing structures, processes, and capabilities for managing and monitoring telecommunications networks. In Telecom Dispute Management, you will be responsible for all billing related disputes and will be involved in dispute negotiation, settlement, cost avoidance and recovery. You will have to track the status of a dispute from identification through to resolution, with regular monitoring and reporting of the outcome.
