Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of network security engineers responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network security solutions. Security Strategy: Develop and implement network security strategies, policies, and standards to protect against cyber threats. Security Device Management: Design, configure, and manage firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), VPNs, and other security devices. Incident Response: Monitor network traffic, analyze logs, and investigate security incidents to identify and respond to potential threats. Security Audits: Conduct security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and standards. Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate security controls and measures into network infrastructure and systems. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on network security technologies, threats, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in security. posture. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. Proven experience in network security engineering or related roles, with demonstrated leadership experience. Strong understanding of network security concepts, protocols, and technologies. Experience with network security devices such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Skills: Network Security Management: Proficient in leading and managing a team of network security engineers.
