Job Description
The General Manager - Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) will lead and manage the international talent acquisition strategy and operations across multiple geographies. This role is responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international recruitment, leadership, and strategic planning.
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's international objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing international talent acquisition team.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and regulations in each geography.
- Implement and maintain best practices in recruitment processes, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Optimize the use of recruitment technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Maintain rate card inputs for new deals and update the card regularly.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Design and implement strategies to enhance the candidate experience.
- Identify and leverage international recruitment trends to enhance the talent acquisition process.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting professional growth and development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR partners.
- Develop and execute training programs on unconscious bias and inclusive hiring practices.
- Develop and implement training programs for the recruitment team and hiring managers.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; masters degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing international recruitment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
- Strong understanding of international labor markets and recruitment trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with recruitment technologies and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-SCP, Six Sigma) is a plus.
