Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure using Genesys Cloud.
• Troubleshoot issues with voice networking systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
• Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat channels.

Job Requirements :

• 5-13 years of experience in a similar role within the IT Infra industry.
• Strong knowledge of Genesys cloud and Contact Center
• Experience with voice networking technologies such as VoIP, SIP, H.323 protocols etc.
