The company also aspires to grow to 100 employees and establish three experience centers in Bengaluru within a year, with plans to expand further. Role Description YoHo Designs Pvt Ltd is seeking a full-time on-site Team Lead Design in Bengaluru. As a successful applicant, you will be responsible for leading the design team, reviewing and assessing designs, and working with clients to ensure their satisfaction. You will also be required to collaborate with the CEO and Management on new projects and targets, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers and support staff. Qualifications Bachelor's or. Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a relevant field Proven experience (5+ years) as a Senior Designer or Team Lead, designing various interiors projects from residential to commercial Strong proficiency in CAD, Sketchup, and other relevant 3D design software Demonstrated expertise in space planning, lighting design, and color theory, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and management A dynamic leader with the ability to set clear goals and objectives, and motivate and inspire team members Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously A passion for interiors and design, with a strong creative and innovative mindset Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior designers is highly desirable Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry trends
